REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP:
1. Secure and fill-up the Application of Membership Form No. 02-062011 from
Mr. Merlin C. Flores , General Manager (0554 769 752) and
submit to the Board Secretary, Tomas B. Magbanua, Jr. (0556 385 074).
2. Attend Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
3. The 1st payment of SAR45.00 upon membership are as follows:
 Php100.00 / SAR10.00 - Membership Fee
 Php50.00 / SAR 5.00 - Annual Dues
 Php200.00 / SAR20.00 - Initial Share Capital
 Php100.00 / SAR10.00 - Bayanihan Mutual Aid System (BMAS) payable yearly
4. For the succeeding months, you may pledge a minimum Share Capital of
Php100.00SAR10.00 or more
5. Attend Ownership Meeting (semi-annually) and Annual General Assembly
of the KABAYANIHAN KOOP.
BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER OF KMPC:
1. Can be elected as officer (Board of Director, Credit Committee, Election Committee and
Audit and Inventory Committee) of the BAYANIHAN Koop.
2. Share Capital contribution may earn an interest (DIVIDEND) depending upon the Income
of the operation of the Business.
3. The more you avail the LOAN SERVICES; the more you get the full benefits of it. You will
receive a PATRONAGE REFUND which comes from the INTEREST you paid in a previous
year.
4. Can help fellow OFWs thru BAYANIHAN MUTUAL AID SYSTEM (BMAS).
