Energizing Co-ops

 

This 2014, VICTO National celebrated its 44st Annual General Meeting in Cebu City, the city that the federation calls home. One of the highlights was the launching of a network sustainability plan anchored on the “VICTO Endowment Fund.”

The VICTO Endowment Fund is a repository of donations given by affiliate cooperatives, individuals and other donors. The principal amount shall remain untouched, and only the interest income from the fund over and above the inflation rate and a predetermined percent for net present value, can be used for operations.

​

Donors will be recognized properly by publishing their names on a wall behind the reception desk at the VICTO Haus, Beverly Hills, Cebu.

​

VICTO National also conducts events on a yearly basis to be able to fast track the collection for the endowment fund and shorten the time together the expected amount.
