To advance the use of technology among rural banks, RuralNet Inc. and G-Xchange Inc., the mobile commerce subsidiary of Globe Telecom, signed a Memorandum of Agreement on May 16, 2014 to launch the CashKo money card, a 3-in-1 card that works as an ATM card and allows rural bank clients make transactions through the internet or mobile.
